1, IMPORT TAX
Packages will be sent from the USA, Hong Kong (China) or Chinese mainland with the best shipping service. Import tax is charged to your account when goods are not tax-free.
2, RETURN POLICY
If you find your goods damaged and decide to return them, you should contact customer service at support@ikeposusa.com with 15 days of your order's delivery. Make sure to send your goods in the original packaging and documentation should be included as well. Please note that any damaged goods can't be returned after 15 days of receiving the order.3, COPYRIGHT

As orders are placed via Shopify, a durable online e-commerce platform, your purchase data won't leak out from the strong firewall. Your address and phone data only stay for a while for delivery, and when the order is completed, your data will be deleted from our account.
